Synergy Nudist Retreat is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking Policy

 Reservation: Bookings are made in advance, subject to availability.

 Reservations are conditional of acceptance of a nude environment which guests participate in.

 Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out on your day of departure is by 10:00 AM.

 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

 Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary; please refer to your booking confirmation for details.

 Occupancy: One room accommodates a maximum number of 2 adult guests as specified in the booking.

 Pets: Please inquire about pet-friendly accommodations, if available, prior to booking.

 Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

 Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to the room or its contents during their stay.

 House Rules: Guests must adhere to all retreat rules and regulations for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

 Additional Services: Extra amenities such as meal services may be available for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

 Refundable up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

 No refunds for non-nudist bookings, No-shows and early departures are subject to the full reservation cost.

 Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

 For cancellations made within the refundable period, a full refund will be issued minus any applicable admin fees.

 Changes to the reservation dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Changes must be made up to 2 days prior.

 Requests for cancellations must be made by phone call or via email.

 Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

 Any applicable taxes or fees are non-refundable.

 Synergy Nudist Retreat reserves the right to modify or update the cancellation policy at any time.

 By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the cancellation policy.
